Shipping policy

Items will only be processed Monday - Fridays and will not be processed on weekends or Holidays. Shipping estimates do not include processing times, weekends, or holidays. Please note that there may be delays leading up to yearly occasions such as Christmas Holidays, Mother's/ Father's Day etc. 

Our products are mostly 'Made to Order' meaning that we start the making process once a purchase is made. With this in mind, our production time usually takes 3-5 business days but  please allow us up to 10 working days process your order.

To receive your Christmas orders in time for Christmas, it is advised to order by the 6th of December.
