    For custom orders lead time can vary, this is subject to complexity of the design as some more intricate designs take longer to digitise. Lead time can reach up to 2 weeks but we always aim to fulfill orders earlier.

    Our manufacturers are based in the UK and we have around the clock communication with them so we can ensure quality is up to scratch, and reduces emissions.

    We also ensure each item we source from our manufacturers have the relevant certifications and safety standards in the UK.
