Plateau: "A state of little or no change following a period of activity or progress."
Have you ever experienced a plateau? They can be a real motivation killer when you think all the work you're putting in isn't even amounting to anything. Plateaus can happen in your career, the gym, a relationship, but one thing to keep in mind is that a plateau is just testing you to see how badly you want your goal; that promotion, the gym gains, the next step in your relationship, prove to yourself you can power through it and reach what you deserve.🌤✨
