Thoughtful Thursday- Feb 27th



It’s weird to imagine that we feel the complete opposite of what we want when we’re changing, like in the examples we can feel weak when we’re getting stronger, it’s as if the tiredness we are feeling is the weakness leaving the body. And the more you feel scared, the more you’re growing and leaving your comfort zone, so when you start feeling tired or like giving up, it just means you’re almost there. Keep pushing!
