When something out of your control happens, focus on what you can control- your feelings and response to it š§š½
If you stay focused on the negatives of something you canāt control, youāll only feel worse and since itās outside of your control there isnāt anything you can do about it anyway. Feel it, experience it and accept it as is. š«¶š½š
